ABOUT CRYSTALS BALLOONS

I’m Crystal, balloon stylist in Auckland, “we, us & our” really means me haha but someone once told us it’s professional to use these terms to create our villiage so here we are. All of us have busy juggling work, family, friends, kids school, sports, extra activities and home life, where is there ever time to plan your next event & buy extra unique gifts? At Crystals Balloons we setup your Events & personalise any gifts for you that will bring meaning and convenience together. Let us take the added pressure off planning & bring a burst of Joy to your loved ones for you.
Mum of two lively boys, I started as a delivery driver for a relatives Stuffed Balloon business, this is where I was able to see the excitement on children's faces and smiles that these Unique Balloons bring. Not to mention the baffled look and curiosity, just how do the balloons get stuffed... MAGIC ✨ This is an at home business and all Balloons are preppeared in a workshop away from sticky fingers and little people. If you follow us on socials you will see the juggle is real but we always deliver and make sure your experience is seamless 👌

OUR STORE POLICIES

Things You Need to Know - Crystals Balloons is an at home family business. Please be expected to collect Balloon orders from front door unless we are setting up your event we will see you when we’re looking at you! Balloons are prepared in a workshop away from little people.

Crystals Balloons started from humble beginnings, in a family Home: for a fast and smooth experience communication is key. We ask that any gift balloons orders for Pickup are collected at the front door and customers pickup upon provided timeslots, confirmation when they are on their way. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Please have a look and contact us if you want to hear more!

Gift Balloon Care Info- Keep balloons away from direct sunlight and warm places. Air expands in warm temperatures so balloons can burst if left in front of windows, in conservatories, cars etc. I like to treat Balloons a bit like a new born baby, not too hot, not too cold. Avoid very low temperatures too as they can affect the life time of the balloon, balloons prefer to be in comfortable room temperatures

Event Styling quotes are sent prior to event, 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date, remaining balance due 2weeks prior to event. Please contact us to check for date availability before booking.
For Gift Balloon Pickups, customers will be sent a confirmation photo of your ready made Balloon and Orders can be collected within the hour, Pickup Onehunga. Delivery is available Auckland wide only for an extra cost. Crystals Balloons are made with care, although the nature of Balloons are that they Can and do Pop when sharp objects pierce the sides. If in the event that care information is not followed and they pop, we offer a $30 remake fee & customers have a 2hrs to make contact from Pickup. Please note Orders take time to prepare. Latex Balloons can last 3-7days before oxodising. Bobo Balloons have a much longer life span.
